I love gathering folks together to celebrate life, love, birthdays & everything in between. Let me take the stress off of planning a special event and make it FUN for you and your guests.
Hey, I'm Jaime
I know how stressful planning a wedding can be, so let me let me be your guide on this journey. I aim to make your wedding planning process a fun and memorable experience. If you're looking for an Event Planner who loves making magic, you've found her.
Forming relationships between clients and vendors to produce a spectacular experience is just the icing on the cake. You'll find that I wear many hats but above all, my goal is to make the wedding planning process just as memorable as your wedding day itself.
Born and raised in sunny southern California, I'm a huge fan of outdoor adventures, beach days, and good food. When I'm not working as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant or planning events, I'm also exploring the world and trying new things. Most times, I just love hanging out with my husband and dog, Nathaniel and Finn, exploring Portland's food and music scene.
My work is guided by Faith and my heart seeks to thrive and serve within my community. I am also dedicated to inclusivity and representation in the industry, and I work hard to advocate for all couples and tell their stories.
If you're looking for an adventure: welcome and I look forward to working with you!
What to Expect
Wedding planning can be hard and stressful, so I am available to support you with unlimited email consultations. I’ve picked out bridesmaids dresses, rentals, consulted on how walkable high heels really are, and made a million timeline adjustments. I am pumped that you’re getting hitched, and I want you to enjoy the whole dang process.
I’m down for anything y’all. Don’t be shy about any ideas you have to make your wedding day rad and authentically you.
“Not only is Jaime fabulous at the work that she does, she’s just an outstanding person with an amazing artistic eye. Everything she did was above and beyond and there was not one flaw in our special day. I’ve never had to trust someone so much the day of the largest day of my life, even to the extent of none of my family or even myself seeing the set up before we were married. Everything before and after I walked down the aisle was taken care of and done to absolute perfection.”
Why is racial equity in the wedding industry important to me? When I couldn't find inspiration photos for when I started in the field of couples and people that looked like me, I knew it was time to change something about it.
Marcela Pulido and I teamed up to create Vendors of Color, a free wedding directory to uplift BIPOC Wedding Vendors in the PNW. #changetheweddingindustry
If you're a prior client and you refer me to a NEW client who books an Event Coordination Package, you'll receive a $15 Gift Card as a way to say "Thank you" for supporting my small business. They'll also receive a FREE coffee or tea + pastry during our initial consult meeting.
It's an all around win.
