Want to kick back and relax? Let me step in and take over all the details for you, start to finish. From help with vendor meetings, to vendor curation, to design boards and more, this package will cover it all.
I’ll curate an amazing group of vendors and help navigate/negotiate contracts for you. You won’t have to have to worry about a thing!
10 hours on-site, rehearsal coordination, venue walk through, vendor meetings and more are all included.

You’ve done almost everything, but need some help pulling together the last little details. I'll jump in 1-2 months before your wedding and help you create a timeline, confirm all your vendors, and any little last minute details.

The only thing you have to focus on is having fun. Don't worry, support starts as soon as you're officially booked!

This package is ideal for the couple that has fewer than 25 guests and wants the adventure as well as all of the pretty details for their intimate day.

Whether you want to head to snow capped mountains in Oregon, or are planning your vows with your toes in the sand in California, we’ve got you! I break the decision making down in simple and easy ways, so you’ll never feel stressed or overwhelmed.

Whether you are planning a birthday party, quinceañera, bridal shower, anniversary party, milestone birthday party, or even a cookout with friends, I am here to design a rad party so you can just sit back and enjoy valuable time with your guests!

why hire a planner

I started offering Day of Coordination services for weddings in January 2020 and have now been a part of celebrating over 50 love stories. In addition to weddings, I've also coordinated and designed many styled shoots/editorials which have been published and featured in local magazines and top wedding blogs.

I'm based in Portland, OR and yes I love to travel! If you want me to coordinate a destination event, it will require a travel fee. I always try to find the most affordable way to come and don't want it hinder you from hiring me for a project.
There are also bucket list places that I will waive or discount travel fees for.
